Four of the nine attorneys at the Law Offices of Beatrice Larsson Snider are board-certified family law specialists—an unusual feat for any law firm. "Divorce actions can be complex," says Snider. "We have a wealth of experience and knowledge to handle all aspects of a divorce."

Originally from Sweden, Snider came to San Diego for college and went on to attend California Western School of Law on a scholarship. Since graduating in 1974, Snider has accumulated nearly three decades of experience guiding clients through the sometimes treacherous world of divorce. With her associates and staff, Snider works to fashion the best possible strategy for the firm's clients without sacrificing fundamental fairness.

"We strive to achieve a fair and just result," says Snider. "Everyone has problems—it's how you solve them that counts." With today's high divorce rate, she feels that "It's crucial to have capable counsel for our clients during this traumatic time of their lives."

Snider is also heavily involved in the legal community. She has taught numerous seminars relating to family law and is a founding member of the Certified Family Law Specialists Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association. Her subcommittee established guidelines for business evaluation in dissolution actions to provide a more balanced view to the court. In turn, those guidelines were adopted by the Superior Court in San Diego County.
