The firm's offices are located in a brick three story building in a quiet, unassuming area of Scripps Ranch. The firm goes to great lengths to ensure that clients are in comfortable surroundings when dealing with the most personal of issues, their family.

The firm was founded in 1974 by Beatrice Larsson Snider. In 1980, Ms. Snider became a Certified Family Law Specialist becoming one of twelve attorneys in San Diego to receive such recognition at the time. Christine Hayes Sickler joined the firm in 1985, became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 1991and subsequently became a shareholder with the firm. The firm currently employs the largest number of attorneys specializing in family law south of Los Angeles as well as a very knowledgeable and experienced paralegal and support staff. The firm maintains a one to one attorney to paralegal ratio in an effort to provide the highest level of client communication.
